THE Embassy Theatre is encouraging the arrival of spring with an exhibition celebrating the beauty and diversity of trees.
Now retired, Canadian contemporary artist John Lincoln FRSA will be visiting the Embassy Theatre to showcase his interest of the English countryside and natural form.
John said: "The paintings displayed here represent some of my responses to and my interpretation of trees and their potential as symbols of life and human experience as well as their majesty, complexity, texture and colour."
As a youth, John travelled extensively diversifying in employment as an aircraft technician and exhibition graphic artist for the RAF.
He then went on to become an illustrator and exhibition designer for the Ministry of Defence.
The exhibition will be displayed from February 23 to April 23 and will be open at every show performance.
