THE Target newspaper bid a fond farewell to a long-serving member of the team this week.

Advertising representative, Alan Stark, has served the East Coast area for the last six years, being a reassuring face to customers through difficult economic conditions.

To thank him for his efforts, The Embassy Theatre recently invited Alan Stark along to an Evening with Peter Allis as their guest prior to his well-earned retirement.

Alan, a keen golfing enthusiast himself, went along to the show and got the chance to meet the golfing legend in person.

Commercial team leader Laura Latchem said: "We will all be very sad to see Alan retire this week.

"Alan has worked for the company for more than six years and has made a huge impact on his colleagues here at the Target Series and with his many customers throughout East Lindsey.

"We would all like to wish Alan all the best in this new chapter of his life, he will be missed by us all. For any customers now wondering who their advertising rep will be in the East Lindsey area, I would like to introduce Laura-Beth Sands as the new Media Sales Advisor for the East Lindsey edition." Laura can be contacted on 07921 036874.
