A WIDE variety of courses have been announced as the Coastal Eco Centre in Skegness unveiled its latest programme.

Amongst the courses, which are open to all, is a chance to learn more about Woodlands and Wildlife throughout October.

Those taking part will learn how woodlands work, learn to identify different shrubs and trees and how to manage meadows, hedges and ponds as well as understanding how to create wildlife habitats and turn logs into products such as bird feeders and coasters.

The sessions take place from Monday, October 3 to 27 between 9am and 1pm.

A wide variety of others courses will also be available throughout 2012/13 including bushcraft, outdoor arts, preparing for employment and outdoor cooking.

To find out more about taking part in any of the courses available, or to develop a course to suit you, call 01754 765746.

The environmental site, off Richmond Drive, is also offering a programme of short break activities, designed to give children and young people with disabilities and additional needs the chance to become involved in outdoor, art and camping.
